Come as you are, and be Redeemed

Twenty-Second Sunday in Ordinary Time

Jesus doesn’t just allow the sick masses come to Him,
and He gives them a nice spiritual discussion or teaching,
He makes them well.  Spiritually and physically, He cures them.  …
We are here because we know that coming to Christ
we have the chance to break the chains and the bonds of sin.

crutches“Hear me, all of you, and understand.
Nothing that enters one from outside can defile that person;
but the things that come out from within are what defile.”

Jesus on the Cross
“For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life.”
